- PROFESSIONAL FEES FOR STRUCUTURAL :-

With reference to the above, we have great pleasure to offer our professional
engineering services under the following terms and conditions for your
consideration:-

A SCOPE OF WORKS
In general MARR Consult will provide the following professional services:-

# Structural engineering services that includes for calculation curtain

wall and PE endorsement

B PROFESIONAL FEES

1 Fee 1 Lump Sum 6,000.00
2 Gst (6%) 360.00
Amount 6,360.00

The professional fees for the Structural works shall be a RM6,360.00

including GST(6%) .
C Other Condition
i The owner must settle all land matters, including chasing the government
authorities for approval.
ii The owner must comply with all requirements which may be required by
the government department.
iii The owner to comply with all requirements requested by the local
Authorities, including paying for all necessary deposits, contribution and other
fees.
iv We shall not be responsible for the length of time approval due to
intergovernmental departments delay.
v Additional 15% fees of original professional fees be charged for any
amendments made by the client, which require submission to the Local
Authorities.
vi Two (2) sets of all prints will be given to Client free of charge. However,
subsequent prints will be charged.
