You should inspect the prober before installation to check for and assess any damage that may have occurred

during transport.

The following list describes the checks that should be performed before installation. The prober dimensions
are provided for reference.

• Check that there is approximately 1 m of space surrounding the prober on all sides. This space is
necessary to perform maintenance on the prober.
• Check that the floor is strong enough to support the weight of the prober.
• If the prober you are installing is equipped with an optional auto HF unit, check the specifications
of the auto HF when it is in the fully retracted (180°) position.
