RE: PERMISSION TO ATTACH TELEVISION TO THE WALL AT AMPHITHEATRE, UN PLAZA

We are hosting a game tournament for PlayStation games in an effort to keep school kids
and young adults off the streets and bars. We will be hosting this event every Friday,
Saturday and Sunday at the UN Plaza amphitheater. At the end of each quarter of the year,
participants will receive prices ranging from tablets, laptops etc.

We would like permission to attach out television on the wall at the amphitheater to ensure
safety and security of our televisions. The attachment will not cause and harm or damage to
the walls of the amphitheater. In the event that there is damage, Computers 4 All
undertakes to repair any damage as assed by the City of Windhoek.
