Current employees are responsible for supporting and guiding the newcomers. Share expe-

Employee’s Commitment

Employee has read and understood Vision, Goals, Missions of the Company. Employee agrees to
work alongside the team and the Company to achieve Vision, Goals, and Missions.
Employee has been explained and has understood that Love is the Core Value of the Company.
Employee agrees to act upon Core Value, meaning to care for others, to put others’ interests first, to
create the sense of fairness and satisfaction in others.
Employee agrees to follow disciplines, referring to corporate standards and values in his/her thinking
and speaking. Employee agrees to put collective interests first. That shall mean putting the corporate

Protect Corporate Properties
All employees are responsible for protecting the corporate properties, making sure they are utilized
efficiently, for the right purposes of serving the corporate work and goals. Properties include tangible,
intangible, and intellectual properties.

Confidential Information and Trade Secrets


Employee agrees to protect all trade secrets, confidential information, client data, and other data
which have not been made public by the Company. Employees are not permitted to disclose data or
to allow third parties to access or use data. This data may be created by the employee himself/herself
or assigned by the manager. Please note that this confidentiality obligation takes effect during the time
employee is working at the Company and extends after employee leaves the company.

Conflict of Interests
Employee shall avoid activities which might result in conflict of interests with the current job at the
Company, such as managing another profit or non-profit organization.
Employee shall not let other transactions outside the current job affect or have possibility to affect the
job and the Company due to personal or family interests.
Employee shall not work or support any third party if that activity may have negative impacts on the
Company's reputation, his/her productivity or judgment ability.
Non-compete Clause
Company's service is a niche service with distinguished characteristics. Company desires to share all
information, expertise, ideas, business plan, client data, etc with the employee and train him/her to
be experienced and sharp in this niche business. In return, employee agrees to utilize these expertise
and experience solely for the work at the Company. Employee agrees that while working at the Com-
pany and 05 (five) years after leaving, employee will not enter into professions that compete against
the Company.
Employee agrees not to attract or solicit any individuals or entities which are or were the Company’s
employees, specialists, clients, or partners.
