• Managing overall operations involved in production planning including co-coordinating in marketing,
manpower management, supplies and uptime of equipments.
• Overseeing production of various products ,implementing plans with a view to ensure timely
accomplishment of production targets within the cost parameters.

incoming & in process rejection ,customer complaints.
• Organising the factory and people for getting certified for ISO in all the factories
handled.
• Implementing new recipes and modifications in current recipes in accordance with market demand.
• Consistency of the products maintained by reducing in process variation, utilization wastes and
conducts audits.
• Plant hygiene including dust cleaning ,dirt cleaning and hazardous area tracing and plan for the best
sanitation process in the international competitive environment.
• Quality assurance for each and every product developed systematically and compared with other major
brands for consistent market requirements.
Production Efficiency:
• Systematic and detailed item wise records of ingredients used and keeping daily data for better audit
practices and cost analysis.
• Analysis &modification of process for enhancing production efficiency .
• Wastes not to exceed 1% of the total output by monitoring the operation process taking in account all
aspects of efficiency indicator.
Cost Reduction:
• Initiating cost management through systematic approach by reducing/removing waste from Entire Value
Chain.
• Executing the cost saving techniques /measures to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures to
work within the budget .
• Developing the manufacturing unit for sustained growth and making potential to produce quality
product with lower cost by automation and reorienting the labour or space utilization.
