• Systematic and detailed item wise records of ingredients used and keeping daily data for better audit
practices and cost analysis.

The increased packing achieved due to scheduled preventive maintenance of wrapping machines
2) Manpower strength decreased from 160 to 150 by organized manpower arrangement and awareness
programmes .

While setting packing machine at the start ,a lot of pouches were wasted because the operator does
not set the photocell accurately and let go pouching. This was controlled by setting of the photocell. So
wastage of roll as well as manpower required to reuse wastes saved.
