true to Montreal poutine as possible, Hot Rod's Longanisa poutine is made with
crispy golden fries, slices of Hot Rod's premium lean sweet pork longanisa
sausages, Bothwell SqueaK'r white cheese curds, and savoury adobo pork

o Poutine Description: Double cooked crispy French fries topped with red wine
glazed julienned onions, mozzarella and parmesan cheese all coming to an
oven baked denouement. Smothered in our house made gravy then sprinkled
with thyme, garlic salt, parsley, green onion and garlic loaf wedges. "Au Jus
gotta be kidding me?!
