Boxer Property has been selected to manage 6-Building office campus in South Austin. It was
recently acquired by Braun Enterprises and is in the process of being remodeled with expectations
to position the property as a premier office complex in the South Austin landscape. This is Boxer's
second group of buildings being managed in Austin, managing approximately 150 properties in
metro areas across Texas.
Houston, TX, September 09, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Boxer Property today announced it has been selected by
Braun Enterprises to manage a 144,000+ square-foot office campus. Boxer Property will be responsible
for managing the group of office buildings located at 706 Ben White Blvd. and 4005 Banister Lane in
Austin.
Planned renovations are scheduled to begin this fall by the owner, including interior remodeling of
move-in ready “spec suites” that cater to small and mid-size tenants. Leasing efforts will focus primarily
on tenants requiring less than 10,000 square feet of space and whose business owners live in or near
South Austin.
The campus represents not only the partnership's first acquisition in Austin, but a “tremendous
opportunity” to reposition the complex with a new name and significant capital improvements, the
investors said in a statement.
“We have a great deal of experience and have been extremely successful with this type of project in the
past,” said Dan Braun, owner of Braun Enterprises, who represented the partnership. With the help of
Boxer Property "We hope to quickly stabilize the asset and make it stand out as a premier office complex
in the South Austin landscape.”
“Boxer Property is extremely pleased to have been chosen by Braun Enterprises to manage this group of
buildings. Braun is a company we have long worked with and admired. By partnering on this assignment,
we are certain we can deliver exceptional results for Braun and provide superior service to the buildings'
tenants,” said Andrew Segal, President of Boxer Property.
Boxer Property's management leadership team will work alongside Braun Enterprises' asset managers to
promote the quality of these assets. This is Boxer's second management and leasing assignment in Austin,
and Doug Pack, Boxer's Director of Asset Management believes that Boxer's model is very well suited for
the Austin market and is looking forward to expanding their local footprint.
