John & Geraldine Magee murder investigation

Last statement.

March 5, 2016, I got a call back from Mass State Police Trooper Mike Murphy. I told him I didn't want to
schedule anything, and I would come in when ready.

I end up getting a call back from Sgt Bob LaBarge. I haven't swayed from what I reported in 2014. I've just
been documenting the retaliation for reporting RICO.

Bob LaBarge offered to come to where I was. He told me this is very serious. He kept pushing to come to
where I was, and I became hysterical and told him I didn't want to end up like them (the Magees)

He was going to trip over himself to come to where I was, but couldn't be bothered to follow up with me
about the emails from the NH State Police? They gave me a fake cold case unit email address, to tell them
what I know about a murder. So, if I did, I would have been telling a murderer what I know about the
murders they committed? Who would have received the information had I emailed that fake cold case unit
email address?

Never even asked me who the victim is.

I couldn't confirm there was a warrant. I went into bmc to turn myself in twice. I was told there was no
warrant for wiretapping.

Yet, here's this STILL unidentified maggot threatening me via text messages.

I never heard a word back from Bob LaBarge as this scumbag terrorized me. Make no mistake about it, I
called Bob LaBarge and told him.

So, because I did not want to believe this Mass State Police Sergeant would ever do anything to harm
anyone for coming forward, I wondered if he may have called me back, but spoke to someone pretending
to be me. It seemed more believable than this law enforcement speaking to some unidentified maggot and
giving him info on me.

But, here it is. He said he spoke to LaBarge.

Attorney Bob Solomon said there was no warrant issued on 10/21/16. He said this on 2/6/18 to a third
party. When, while not representing me, he showed up to have the court's psychologist attempt to label
me as crazy....specifically surrounding these murders.

There's an active investigation into what happened to John & Geraldine Magee. I have evidence
connected to these murders. So why would Attorney Bob Solomon want someone to think I'm crazy
because 2 mutts told me the State Police were looking into the murders?

Because he wants to cover up his involvement. I have the video. I recorded myself speaking to him on the
phone. 2 guys. But I was only charged with wiretapping one by the name of Steven Rand. I can't get one
person to identify those 2 mutts, I'm branded as a material witness, and everyone tells me I do have
evidence connected to these murders.

Pellino's statement.

Why would Bob LaBarge talk to this mutt, but never call me back?

My name is Audra Toop. I'm not going to end up dead like David Rivera, the FBI informant. Was Richard
Brooks on the FBI Gang Task Force, or no?
