One day, there are 5 students who want to give health education for moms around jl.
Arteri Jorr in Jatiwarna village.

Moderator : “Assallamu’alaikum wr. Wb”

Everyone : “Wa’alaikumsallam Wr. Wb”

Moderator : “Good morning moms”

Everyone : “Good morning”

Moderator : “We are students from poltekkes kemenkes Jakarta 3 will provide health
education of breast cancer. Before that, we want to explain about our topic. I
want to introduce my group. My name is Muthia Karina as a moderator and
then Erniawati as a first speakers, then Dyka Pratiwi as a second speakers, and
then Pingkan Septiani as a third speakers. And the last Widya Rahmasari as a
demonstrator prevention of breast cancer. Ok, before starting the presentation.
I want to ask first, anyone knows about breast cancer?”

(everyone said no)

Moderator : “Ok, no problem. Here we want to explain about breast cancer. Ok, to know
more about the breast cancer will be presented by first speakers. To Erniawati,
time and place is yours.”
1st Speakers : “Good morning moms? Ok, I want to explain about what is breast cancer?”
(She explained about breast cancer). “Moms anyone knows about signs and
symptoms with breast cancer?”

(One of member raised her hand)

1st Speaker : “Yeah, please introduce yourself first”

Mom :” My name is Siti Khodijah. I ever hear sign and symptom of breast cancer
like Redness of the breast”

1st Speaker : “That’s right. Give applause to mom Siti Khodijah. But, not only one of
signs and symptoms of breast cancer. many more like… ( She mentioned the
signs and symptoms of breast cancer one by one). Moms I think that’s all need
to say about the definition of breast cancer and signs and symptoms. And
then will be continue by 2nd speaker. To Dyka Pratiwi please welcome.”

2nd Speaker : “ Ok moms. Anyone knows about the process of breast cancer?”

(Everyone said no)

2nd Speaker : “ OK no problem. So (She explained about pathophysiology of breast

cancer).” “And then the breast cancer also has a treatment there such as (She
mentioned about the treatments of breast cancer).” “I think that’s enough for
the explain about the process and the treatment of breast cancer. And then
there is the prevention of the breast cancer will explained by 3rd speakers. To
Pingkan Septiani Please welcome.”

3rd speaker : “ Ok thank you for Dyka Pratiwi. And, Moms anyone knows about the
prevent of the breast cancer?”

(One of member raised her hand)

3rd Speaker : “Yeah, please introduce yourself first”

Mom : “ My name is Alice Nur Rahma. I just know like breast self-care right?”

3rd Speaker : “ yeaah. That is one of the way and many more like (She mentioned about
the prevention of the breast cancer).” “moms, My friend will be
 demonstrating about the breast self-care. To Widya Rahmasari please
welcome.”

Widya : “Are all of you still excited?” “OK, I want to demonstrate of breast self-
care. For moms please follow me step by step. (She demonstrated of breats
self-care, and everyone following her motion)” “OK, moms you can do like
that while bathing and when lying down.” “I think that’s enough for
demonstration of breast self-care. And then I return it to moderator.”

Moderator : “Thank you for all speakers and the demonstrator.” “And how moms, is
everything clear?”

Everyone : “yes, very clear.”

Moderator : “Really? Ok, if everything is clear. I want to ask what the definition of Breast
Cancer? Anyone knows?”

(All moms raised her hand, but the moderator choosed one of them)

Moderator : “Wow. I am happy to see it all on excited. But I want to choose one of you.
Hm.. For moms sitting at end there please. And introduce yourself.”

Mom : “Assallamu’alaikum. Wr. Wb. My name is Laila Suleha. The definition of

breast cancer is a malignancy derived from glamd cells, glandular channels
and breast support tissue, excluding the breast skin.”

Moderator : “ wow. Give applause for mom Laila. That’s right!” “OK. With another
question. Hm … What the signs and symptoms of the breast cancer?”

(All moms raised her hand again, and the moderator choosed one of them)

Moderator : “Ok. Mom please.”

Mom : “ My name is Eka. The signs and symptoms of breast cancer there are

1. Redness of the breast

2. Breast swelling or enlargement
3. Pain or itchiness or the breast
4. Thickening of the skin on the breast and ridged or dimpled skin texture
5. Swelling of the lymph nodes in your ampit or above/ below the collarbone.
Moderator : “perfect! Give applause for Mom Eka. And many more the question. I want

to ask about what the treatments of the breast self-care?”

(All moms raised her hand, they are still exited but the moderator still choosed one of them)

Moderator : “ Yeah, mom please”

Mom : “My name is Akila. The treatments of the breast self are local medicine like
surgery and radiotherapy and systemic treatment like chemotherapy,hormone
therapy and therapeutic.”

Moderator : “ Wow. moms in here are great. Give applause for mom Akila. And I have
the last question that who wants to demonstrates of breast self-care?”

(All moms raised her hand, they are still exited but the moderator still choosed one of them)

Moderator : “OK, I think if everyone doing breast self-care. But must one of you to be a
leader for that. Ok, I choose you mom. Common everyone follow her.”

( All mothers do that)

Moderator : “I think that’s enough for our health education. So very important to moms
knowing about breast cancer since early stage. And can do prevention by
yourself. If you already has signs and symptoms of breast cancer, check
immediately to the nearest health center or hospital! OK moms I think that’s
all enough I need to say. Give applause for all of us. Wassallamu’alaikum Wr.
Wb.
