Introduction

IICT MIS is developed because the need was felt. This Application Intends to help
Teachers of IICT to look and search for rooms where they want their criteria.

1.1 Introduction of the Topic

Via this Application a Teacher can search resources of IICT. A teacher can search a
class based on students, class Year, Class

the main Page of the Application A teacher will login and go to Search page which
is the main page then the teacher inputs the data and resources.

Data which will be entered by Teacher

2.1 Management Information System

A management information system (MIS) is a computerized database of financial
information organized and programmed in such a way that it produces regular
reports on operations for every level of management in a company. It is usually also
possible to obtain special reports from the system easily. The main purpose of the
MIS is to give managers feedback about their own performance; top management
can monitor the company as a whole. Information displayed by the MIS typically
shows "actual" data over against "planned" results and results from a year before;
thus it measures progress against goals. The MIS receives data from company units
and functions. Some of the data are collected automatically from computer -linked
check-out counters; others are keyed in at periodic intervals. Routine reports are
preprogrammed and run at intervals or on demand while others are obtained using
built-in query languages; display functions built into the system are used by
managers to check on status at desk-side computers connected to the MIS by
networks. Many sophisticated systems also monitor and display the performance of
the company's

2.2 NetSuite Resource Management System

We found a Software related to this one

Effective resource management is a priority for all professional services executives

looking to optimize profit margins, improve billable utilization, retain top talent and
increase client satisfaction.

With NetSuite Resource Management, you can ensure that the right resources are
working on the right projects, based on real-time project timelines as the project evolves.
3
A comprehensive resource management system, NetSuite helps you manage even the
most complex project resource management requirements.

2.3 Clarizen Resource Management System

Clarizen resource management solutions can help your business with real-time visibility
into available resources and current allocations. Identify and assign the right resources
and ensure projects are delivered on deadline. Clarizen enables you to:
 Handle requirements change
 Analyze resource demands
 Map personnel resources and responsibilities

System Analysis and Design

3.1 Analysis
After working on this project we analyzed the unnecessary use and wastage of the
university resources, and proper resource management via a centralized system is
the best way to use the resources efficiently and effectively. After carefully
analyzing the current situation we came up with a proper answer to this high
magnitude problem by automating the whole management process without the
slightest of deadlock possibility.

The main issue we examined in the campus was no adequate resources available to
campus teachers before the initiation of the class, and teachers have to wait atleast
quarter of an hour for the resources like Projectors, and this issue leads to the
wastage of time. In order to tackle this problem we decided to completely centralize
the whole resource management process by getting information of all the resources
of the campus and putting them on a single shared platform that can be accessed by
all of the staff.

This system allows the teachers to allocate the resources before hand, hence the
time wastage problem gets solved. We have designed the system to prevent the
deadlock situations.

Conclusion and Future Work

6.1 Conclusion
So far, the results expected are satisfactory and draws a successful conclusion for
the project. As per requirements, android application has delivered its all operations
to mention on the abstract to the satisfactory results and requires no further
robustness.

Further developments can be carried out. Android application can be used to deliver
all the above witnessed operations in IICT.

6.2 Future Work

Currently there are some things which are Limited in this Application E.G No
Priority set for VC, Dean so we would like to work on these priorities as well.
