COMPANY BACKGROUND

Asun Solar Power Pvt. Ltd. (‘Asun’) was incorporated in the year 2012 by Promoters Mr. Varun Sachar and Mr. Hitaksh Sachar.
Company focuses on implementing solar projects across India as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) and has gained expertise
in setting up Solar projects on PAN India level. The inception was primarily to implement Solar Power projects across India as an
IPP and the second to bring best quality construction and accessibility to expert rooftop EPC solutions in India.

We cumulative management experience of over 10 years in this industry, Asun plays a very vital role in bringing overall excellence
in this enterprise through technology leadership. Asun is a professionally managed company making rapid strides in the domain
of Solar energy since its evolution.

Apart from executing the most financially viable Utility Scale projects , we catered to a broad spectrum of customers as a Solar
Contractor and Systems Integrator by setting up all kinds of Solar PV Power plants for Rooftops. Our core technology partnerships
are as diverse as the solutions themselves; wherein each solution is specifically tailored to address a 'best fit' situation.

Currently, Asun has built a very strong in house EPC team with experience of designing over 30-40 MW of Rooftop Solar Projects.
Being a system engineering company allows us the flexibility to choose the best performance as well as best price/performance
and offer the customer a choice. Our product and technology agnostic approach means that we are able to make design decisions
that are truly in your favor and are best suited for the conditions.

Mr. Varun Sachar, Managing Director

Mr. Varun Sachar is the founder member and the Chairman of Asun Solar. Always at the forefront of emerging
businesses, his working experience of over three decades spans industry verticals such as Office Automation with
incisive insights into market dynamics and business relations.

Mr. Hitaksh Sachar, Director

Mr. H. Sachar has wide knowledge and know-how in setting up Solar Projects and related Infrastructure
Development projects especially relating to solving issues such as Power evacuation, Power sale, Project I&C and
O&M under various business models and schemes by the Central/State Government Schemes in India.

Mr. Rajesh Wagh, Vice President

Mr. Rajesh Wagh, has vast experience in marketing and corporate management. His appointment is an indicator of
our continuous efforts to develop the core team to help achieve the stated mission and imperatives of the
Company.

Mr. Girish Deokar, Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Deokar’s career spans of more than 35 years has been spent in the field of Engineering, designing, construction
and commissioning of various kinds of energy solutions to industries, factories, grids etc.

Mr. Ashok Ghai, General Manager

Mr. Ashok Ghai has a 27 year’s experience in the field of service and facility management. He heads the project
management and executes the projects from scratch to commissioning for Asun. He has vide experience in solving
all local site issues and plays a vital role in developing the infrastructural facilities in the plant.

Mr. Sunny George, DGM

Strong track record of generating extraordinary performance in a fiercely competitive scenario Executed various
projects, Essar cellular towers, 220KV switchyard in UP. Daewoo Motors, Honda Siel, Motors, Delphi Automotives,
Becton and Dickinson, NTPC Power plant at Ballabgarh.

Mr. Raghav Mittal, CEO, Sun Alpha

Raghav is an ex-investment banker with Deutsche Bank. He has vast experience in power & utility sector debt
capital market financing. An IIT Madras graduate, he founded SunAlpha with a vision to convert solar from a
product to service in India.

Mr. Rikhav Parekh, COO, Sun Alpha

An entrepreneur at heart, Rikhav has founded companies in the Energy and Chemical sectors in the USA and India.
He has an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA
