1. Job title Senior Manager- Key Accounts

4. Job Location Gurgaon(H.R.), India
5. Responsible for Sales Support (Back-End)
6. Key-Accounts Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Max, Pantaloon, Central Crosswood,
Landmark etc.
7. Product Categories Young Men-Apparels
8. Academic Qual. Graduation (Compulsory)
9. Professional Qual. P.G. Diploma/ Degree in Sales & Marketing Management
10. Communication skills Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
11. Working Experience Min. 07 years in retail industry
12. Computer Proficiency Must be proficient in MS-Office
13. Salary As per candidate’s profile and suitability
14. Work Hours
15. Weekly Offs All Sundays and alternate Saturdays
16. Key Performance  Develop and maintain strong relationships with current
Areas and new key account customers.
 Enhance business partnership through strong sale plan.
 Research, Analyze and evaluate financial and market
factors to capitalize on opportunities and minimize
effects of competitors.
 Building strategic partnership with customers.
 Work closely with G.M. Sales (Key Accounts) and
Business Head to strengthen the brand presence with
Key Accounts and to record significant growth and
targeted profits.
 Analyze Open to Buy, Stock Turns and Sell Through in
order to make sales plan with customers and to win
growth opportunities.
 Providing visual merchandising support.
 Work closely with business head in relation to future
sales plans, brand and product need.
 Responsible for Sales Planning and Forecasting.
 Work to achieve the required Sales and margin targets.
 Customer Service/ Shipping Follow-up.
 Managing Stock Levels.
 Sale Forecasting.
 Perform duties consistent with the company’s policies
and targeted objectives.
 Perform duties as required/ assigned by management as
per business requirements.
