255/300 to km 301/200 including construction of Obedullaganj bypass from existing km 278/450 of
NH-12 to existing km 3/600 of NH-69 in the state of Madhya Pradesh to four-lanes with paved
shoulders under NHDP-III on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode
The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India through Madhya Pradesh Road
Development Corporation, Government of Madhya Pradesh is engaged in the development of National
Highways and as part of this endeavour, it has been decided to undertake “Rehabilitation and upgradation
of Goharganj to Bhopal section of NH-12 from existing km 255/300 to km 301/200 including
construction of Obedullaganj bypass from existing km 278/450 of NH-12 to existing km 3/600 of NH-
69 in the state of Madhya Pradesh to four-lanes with paved shoulders” through an Engineering,
Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract. The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways now
invites bids from eligible contractors for the following project:

14.08.2017 to 03.10.2017 upto 1700 Hrs IST. Bid must be submitted online only at
http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app on or before 04.10.2017 upto 1700 Hrs IST. Bids received online shall
be opened on 06.10.2017 at 1100 Hrs IST.
Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, document fee, Power
of Attorney and joint bidding agreement etc. shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before
04.10.2017 upto 1700 Hrs IST in the office of (i) Superintending Engineer (NHDP-IVA), Room No 10,
Transport Bhawan, 1-Parliament Street, New Delhi-110001; (ii) Chief Engineer (BOT), MPRDC,
Arera Hills, Bhopal and (iii) Chief Engineer-Regional Officer, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways,
Nirman Bhawan, Arera Hills, Bhopal. Please note that the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways
reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
