INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES

(MUST READ IT)
1. Admit Card can only be downloaded from our website www.vksu.ac.in after putting the Name, Mother's Name & Date of Birth or can be obtained
from the University Office.
2. Candidates must bring Admit Card along with photo identity proof (such as PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter's Card/Bank Passbook with
photo/Aadhar Card in original, for verification. Please note that your name as appearing on the Admit Card should match with the photo identity proof.
3. OMR Answer Sheet contains one Carbonless Copy. Candidate is required to submit the Original Copy at the Examination Centre and keep the
Carbonless Copy (2nd Copy) with himself/herself for future reference.
4. Candidate must present the Admit Card at the entrance gate and in the Examination Hall when demanded.
5. Candidates are advised to arrive at the place of Examination at least half-an hour before the commencement of the Examination.
6. Candidate must abide by the instructions given by the Centre Superintendent and the Invigilators during the Examination.
7. Use Black/Blue Ball point pen only for marking your answers in proper place.
8. Candidate must not leave any mark of identification anywhere on the OMR Sheet as this will result in disqualification.
9. Candidates are required to fold and tear the OMR Answer Sheets through the cut mark mentioned on the top of the sheet to separate the 2nd copy.
10. Any candidate found attempting unfair means and/or impersonating shall be expelled from the Examination Hall and his/her candidature will be
rejected. Legal action will also be taken against him/her.
11. This Admit Cards should be preserved to be produced at the time of Interview/Counseling.
12. No Candidate is allowed to carry Calculator / Slide Rule / Log Table / Graph Paper / Charts or any Electronic Gadget, e.g., Mobile Phone etc.
inside the Examination Hall, otherwise the candidate will not be allowed to sit in the Examination Hall.
13. Each Candidate must sign in English and Hindi on the specified spaces in the Examination Hall in presence of the Invigilator.
14. Each Candidate must check all the informations and entries in his/her Admit Card as soon as he/she receives it, if he/she finds any error therein,
he/she must send wrong entries, if any, to the Email examprog.vksu@gmail.com for correction.
15. Original copy of the OMR Answer Sheet and the Question Booklet must be submitted to the Invigilator, otherwise his / her candidature shall be
cancelled.
