Next Steps:
Michael Mior - CRO(responsible for chairing/organizing Election Proceedings)
- send out msg to members(inform them about elections)
Sidra – Prepare for creating a ppt slide for info session(march 30)

Reg – Assist Michael in terms of recollecting what we’ve talked about for
election proceedings (in order to craft a message about the election - to be
sent to members)
- Collect a list of exec candidates for other clubs who didn’t get the
positions they ran for( they might be interested in helping our club instead)
- Continue to talk with other clubs that are willing to collaborate with us
on the summer program

1. General Elections
-hold info session on March 30th [mandatory for people who wish to run for
office]
-election to be held on April 2nd

- Time Commitment involved for exec

2. Constitution Amendment
-change technical director and IT Director -> (2) Web Administrator
- Add Secretary to Constitution(transcribe meeting minutes/Chair
meetings/keep documents)

3. Web Startup Expo


-hold another democamp to gather more interested parties, and then have
the expo on Winter 2011

Organize one at the end of summer developer camp

About:

To bring together students who wish build a web/mobile app or continue an


existing one, and have people meet on a bi-weekly basis in order to share
each one's progress and to help each other along the way. [open to other
tech-related projects as well]

Description:
-meeting bi-weekly (around 3 hours)
-Provide food (fund raising)
-Each session has at least 1 guest student entrepreneur (not to give a
speech, but to socialize with us, share with the crowd his startup/project) –
gives more reason for people to come?
-target # of people every session [20]

Agenda:
15 min intro
30 - 60 min [sharing session]
-(First time) for 5 min each, you share your ideas/past
projects/startup/what you’re working on and why you’re here
-(Next time) – share progress[tech or design challenges encountered],
then get instant feedback from audience
60 min(socialize) – food will be served

Action Plan:
- tell CS/engineering faculty to disseminate the information
- partnership with Nspire/CSSU/ESCS
- website(core) – UofT Web 2.0 (developer/designer) talent index
