Appointment Letter

Dear. Rita,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been appointed for the position of Asst. Beauty
Therapist in our Parlour. The terms of employment have been attached with this letter. It would
be required of you to join us by 22 Jan. 2018.

Your Gross salary would be 6000 - per month which would not include incentives. Your
performance review would be quarterly and your salary review also would be done
simultaneously.
