Senior Technical Output Analyst - Multinational


Global Team

IPD
IPD is a global information business, dedicated to the supply of independent market indices and
portfolio benchmarks to the property industry. It is a successful multinational company operating in
the UK and over twenty other countries and its client base ranges from leading investment banks to
fund managers and property companies across the globe.

The purpose of the job


Based in London the Multinational – Global Team is part of IPD Group Services; primarily focused
on servicing large global clients and multinational fund management houses, with a particular focus
on the client development side. In addition the team identifies optimization and implementation of
new processes and procedures for new and existing products across the range of international
clients. The initial focus is on serving the service delivery and client management functions in an
integrated manner with clearly identified business targets within the company’s budget.

Reports to
Director Multinational - Global Team

Key responsibilities
The role will involve the following activities:
• Management of the output side of the multinational team
• Initiate, document and improve existing business processes and procedures.
• Analyse processes to establish and identify areas for efficiency and quality improvements.
• Propose, organise, document and validate requirements necessary to design or change
processes and/or software applications.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose
high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general
understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Analyse data in an innovative way.
• Work with respective business units and IT, to recommend and implement improvements to
existing processes, procedures, and systems.
• Provision of process / technical supporting documentation to the Multinational Team
• Be the liaison between the local offices in terms of technical capability and support
• Provide transparency to the business and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Liaise with Business Solutions on scheduling and delivery times

Qualifications/Technical Knowledge
1. Minimum three years of experience documenting and analysing business processes
2. Minimum one year project management experience
3. Minimum one year team management experience
4. Demonstrable experience in process and quality improvement initiatives for data cleaning,
accounting, finance and logistics
5. Preferably experience in compliance initiatives in financial industry
6.. Fully proficient with MS Office or equivalent
7. Good knowledge of Telnet and X-bar
