standard of customer service, providing training and support for all new and existing
employees.
• General Management responsibility for the whole site very much a hands on
operation.Reporting directly to the company directors
• ensuring a high standard of presentation whilst maintaining a high standard of health and
hygiene in the resturant and bar areas
• Established administration office systems, cash handling , bar stocktaking and payroll.
• Decreased all stock losses and reduced all wage costs since appointment.
• Developed mailing list and a customer database via a data capture system for mail shot
purposes and updating members of future events by regular emails and post.
