2 New Product Names for Oracle WebCenter and Oracle Enterprise Content Management
Suite
For Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.6.0), the Oracle WebCenter and
Enterprise Content Management Suite products have been rebranded with new product
and component names.

For more information, see Section 5.1, "New Product Names for Oracle WebCenter and
Oracle Enterprise Content Management Suite".

3.3 Special Instructions for Patching Oracle WebCenter

The procedures you need to follow for patching your existing Oracle WebCenter
software depend on your current software version:

If your existing Oracle WebCenter software version is 11.1.1.2.0 or 11.1.1.3.0,

follow the instructions in Section 5.3, "Patching an Oracle WebCenter 11.1.1.2.0 or
11.1.1.3.0 Installation" to patch your software.

If your existing software version is 11.1.1.4.0 or 11.1.1.5.0, follow the

instructions in Section 5.2, "Patching an Oracle WebCenter 11.1.1.4.0 or 11.1.1.5.0
Installation" to patch your software.

After you complete these steps, return to this chapter and go to Section 3.10,
"Start the Servers and Processes" and Section 3.11, "Verifying Your Patch Set
Installation".

3.4 Special Instructions for Patching Oracle Identity Management

Only the Oracle Identity Management components are available for 11g Release 1
(11.1.1.6.0). The Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite components are not
included in 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.6.0).
