organization: an overview in Runner Group. grew out from my Internship experience at

Executive Summary
The internship period on Importance of the department of HRM in building congenial
atmosphere in an organization: an overview in Runner Group.was prepared to fulfill the
requirement of the BBA program of the Department of Business Administration of SMUCT, the
intention of this report is to be acquainted to the practical corporate environment. Though as
intern, I had to work different division like the department of HRM in building congenial
atmosphere in an organization

This report on Importance of the department of HRM in building congenial atmosphere in


an organization: an overview in Runner Group, is the part of the internship program. The
internship program on this topic is done under the supervision of Behzad Noor, Asst. Professor,
HRM, SMUCT. The source data is mainly secondary, which was collected from monthly and
daily reports of Runner Group. The primary data collected from interviewing, different personnel
of Runner Group. The report contains some statistical tools which will help us to find different
This report contains the summery of Human Resource practices followed by an Advertising
Agency and how its importance to improve their manpower. The analysis is based on my journey
as an Intern of Human Resource department in Runner Group. Human resources are the most
important resource of every organization to gain a sustainable competitive advantage over
competitors. To manage these human resource there are several practices that are used globally
by different organizations to create a competent workforce. These HR Practices are a set of
principles that is used as a potential contributor to find suitable personnel for and improve their
commitment, productivity and loyalty toward the company.
It is known that there is no alternative of practical knowledge which is more beneficial than
theoretical aspects. Internship is not only essential for practical experience but also require for
understanding of corporate culture and to cope with the daylong working atmosphere. As a
student of BBA this report will be more significant in my practical life. That’s why my selected
topic is “Importance of the department of HRM in building congenial atmosphere in an
organization: an overview in Runner Group”. The overall Runner Group activity has been
monitored closely through the duration of the internship period.
