RE: Termination Notice: All Agreements, as further described below, by and between Wells Fargo
Bank, N.A. its divisions, affiliates, associates, and subsidiaries (“Wells Fargo”), and Marinosci
Law Group (“Vendor”):

Dear Jason Bourdeau:

This is notice that Wells Fargo is terminating the following Agreements by and between Vendor and
Wells Fargo:

1. Legal Services Agreement effective September 13, 2011

2. Legal Services Agreement effective January 9, 2013
(collectively, the “Agreements”)

and any services being provided pursuant thereto, as provided for in the “Termination” Sections of the
Agreements, effective as of July 30, 2017 (the “Effective Date”).

Furthermore, pursuant to the “Termination” Sections of the Agreements, Vendor is hereby instructed to
return any data, records, files or other documentation, including any Customer/Consumer or
Confidential Information, which relate to the services provided by Vendor under the Agreements to
Wells Fargo within ten (10) business days of the Effective Date. Additionally, Vendor is instructed to
irretrievably erase or destroy any copies of such information that may be maintained or archived
electronically, including in a computing environment, within ten (10) business days of the Effective Date.

Vendor shall comply with the Agreements by filling out the “Data Destruction and Return Certification”
form (attaching additional sheets if necessary) and returning to contact Jerry Schroeder at
Jerry.Schroeder@wellsfargo.com within ten (10) business days of the Effective Date.

Data Destruction or Return Certification

This certifies that any and all data, records, files, or other documentation of any kind in Vendor’s
possession which relate to the Services provided by Vendor under the Agreement, including any
Confidential Information, which were created or obtained by Vendor related to performance under the
Agreement have been permanently destroyed or returned to Wells Fargo.
