Parricide

I, Moe Lester, Filipino, of legal age, widowed, and a resident of Malasin

Street, Barangay Cabug, Bacolod City, Philippines, after being sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That Defendant Gowen Geter (married) is my daughter who resides at

Ampao Street, Barangay Banago, Bacolod City, Philippines;
2. That at around 9 o’clock in the evening of February 14, 2018, after dinner,
I was sitting in the dining table reading the newspaper when my daughter
unexpectedly entered our house without knocking or greeting us;
3. That when she saw my wife, her mother, Filey Minion, washing the dishes
in the kitchen, she went directly towards her. The kitchen being at least 10
feet from the dining table;
4. Without provocation, the Defendant pulled out a knife from her pocket
and proceeded to stab my wife at least five (5) times at the back.
5. That upon seeing what just happened, I rushed to my wife’s aid and
immediately called the hospital;
6. That upon seeing that I was approaching, she left in a hurry without even
saying anything;
7. Upon calling for medical assistance and reaching the hospital, my wife
was declared dead on arrival because of severe blood loss from the stabbing;
8. After attending to my wife, I reported the said incident to the nearest
police station.
9. That earlier that day, I saw both my wife and daughter in a heated
argument.
10. I am therefore executing this Complaint-Affidavit against my daughter,
Gowen Geter, who may be served with subpoena and other processes of this
Honorable Office at his residence at Ampao Street, Barangay Banago,
Bacolod City, Philippines.

RELIEF

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed unto this

Honorable Court that, after hearing, judgment be rendered ordering the
defendant:
1. To pay moral damages
2. To pay the plaintiff the cost of the suit;
3. Such other relief as the court may deem proper.
