Executive Summary
Trace Consulting and Solutions (Trace), has prepared this customized (PMP)® Exam
Preparation Tutoring session for Individuals applying both (Trace) expertise and “The
Standard For Project Management Of A Project” developed by PMI® which was
described in the PMBOK® Guide – Fifth Edition.

We deal with (PMP)® Exam Preparation as a project with three phases which are
Tutoring, Simulation, and Review phase. If participant don’t pass his/her (PMP)®
Exam, then (PMP)® Examination Fees Re-Funded.

This Session aims to prepare participant for (PMP)® Exam after (12) days of the
Tutoring start date.

During this Project Lifecycle, participant will acquire the “Key Words” in order to
manage (PMP)® Exam time, learn the project management knowledge, and skills
used in the “42 tasks” for (PMP)® which was determined in the (PMP)® Exam Content
Outline Document published by PMI® in June 2016, and sitting for 9 online (PMP)®
Exam Simulators remotely, where each simulator is similar to the pattern and
duration of the original (PMP)® Exam (200 question for 4 Hours).

Trace Team will support participant in filling the (PMP)® Exam application after
registration in this project; so you will be required to create your profile on
www.pmi.org in the first day of tutoring phase, submitting your application before
starting phase two, while PMI® will response to your submitted application after five
business days.

The average score of the nine simulators shall be (80%) and considered as a condition
to schedule participant (PMP)® Exam as well as re-funding exam fees in case you
don’t pass it, while our trainer(s) will continuously be supporting participant during
the simulation phase, and conduct review phase to strengthening the weaknesses of
the knowledge and skills areas (if any).

After completing this project, participant will obtain an attendance certificate as

follows:

- Participant will sit for nine (PMP®) Simulators - Online, each Simulator is 4 Hours /

- Instructor(s) will held a remotely Review session with the participant to
strengthening the weaknesses areas stipulated in the final simulation report
issued by the Instructor(s).
3. Tutoring Phase Outputs:
- Attendance Certificate: (16) Hours
4. Simulation Phase Outputs:
- “(PMP®) Exam Simulation Report” which includes the participant average score of
the 9 (PMP®) Simulators, and the Instructor(s) recommendations for
strengthening the weaknesses presented in the report for enhancing the
participant capability to pass the (PMP®) Exam from first try.
5. Review Phase Outputs:
- The participant will attend 1 Days of PMP Exam review Session for strengthening
the mentioned weaknesses areas seen in the “(PMP®) Exam Simulation Report”.
Participant can sit for new nine (PMP®) Simulators (Online), each Simulator is 4
Hours / 200 Question (if the average score of previous simulation is less than 80%
(Free of Charge).

6. Tutoring Session Outline

- The tutoring Session will cover the most important topics mentioned in the (PMP®)
Exam Content Outline and Exam Blueprint authored by PMI®.
7. Prerequisites
- Participant had previously attended a Project Management Training Course
based on PMBOK® Guide – Fifth Edition.
- Participant must cover the eligibility requirements for PMP Exam issued by PMI®
Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global
equivalent)
o 7,500 hours leading and directing projects
o 35 hours of project management education
- OR
- Four-year degree
o 4,500 hours leading and directing projects
o 35 hours of project management education
