Greetings Ethic Committee:

I have enclosed picture of John Mazurek and Frederick Smith's law office for my.~r 4,2015
complaint on them along with Lee Johnson. The pictures will show what an economic conflict of interest
it is for a city judge of Pittsburg and the city prosecutor to share office space.

Please address this issue as the citizens of Pittsburg city court have not had any due ~cess with these
two men sharing office space in their private practice and yet are prosecutor and Judge/or city court!!!

Do you think Frederick Smith would ever rule against John Mazurek unless John Mazurek tells him too
because he has worked out a deal already????? I think NOT!!!!!
