Learning outcomes
After completion of the course, the student will be able to:
• Conceive product concepts clearly and use established standards for producing
orthographic and isometric drawings.
• Use the concepts of spatial geometry for drawing projections of various complex shapes.
• Use advanced concepts such as cut-sections useful for aiding the manufacturing and
assembly processes involved in complex products
• Use advanced concepts such as development of the surfaces of solids for aiding the
manufacturing.

Evaluation Scheme:
Make – up policy:
• Make-up for practical class will be granted only for genuine reasons, Prior permission is a
must, with out which no make up will be granted.
• Reason for absence should be communicated to Batch in charge and IC.
• For medical cases, confirmation from the concerned physician of the Medical Centre is a
must.
• In case of medical leave, a maximum of two make up/student is allowed with proper medical
certificate and prior permission through email/ In person (in case of email communication
email to batch In-charge and CC to IC OR In person to IC or Batch In charge)
• Leaves taken for personal / others/ visits to places & home town won’t be considered for
Makeup.
• There is no makeup for surprise quiz. (*Best of 2 out of 3 will be considered)
