Visual Processing Disorder?? Dyslexia/ Dyscalculia. I would Definitely refer her for testing.
Cannot distinguish between numbers and letters, words or letters.
Does not comprehend questions – responds often with “You have to be nice” OR “Have a good
heart” – random and without connection o what is being asked.

Knows all her numbers to recite yup to 100, and on sight. Not sure if she can write them
accurately yet?
Only child, very confident.
Interacts well with adults.
Played memory and then invented her own game which worked well – she was able to share the
rules with another student.
Letter formation needs work, can write name but not much else
Really enjoys painting and crafts and school in general.
