The Chief Executive Officer of Sun’s Benefits is María Barráez, she is the first
in command in the micro-company, so is responsible for giving the proper strategic
direction as well as creating a vision for long-term success. The CEO is required to
have a business mindset which is very useful when taking actions to enhance the
cash flow of the company. In the other hand, she should have outstanding
organizational and leadership skills. Also, the CEO must keep the human and
environmental factor in perspective on every decision that will be made by her.
