1. Power Supply
One new MCC cabinet 5P1_1V1_UL will be provided for additional clinker loading
system and connected to existing 5P1_1V1_UK by busbar. The detail see the
single line diagram F73-5K1-EP-SLD.
2. Control system
There is enough spare points in existing I/O cabinets, so new I/O cabinet is
unnecessary.
The I/O signals in field department will go to spare points of cabinet 531_2J1_U1;
The I/O signals of new MCC cabinet will go to spare points of cabinet
5P1_2P1_U1 which located in electrical room.
3. Lighting System
Additional lamps will be provided for extended area of clinker loading and the
power is from the spare circuit of cement proportion station lighting distribution
box. Lighting will used LED 100 Watt
4. Metering
Energy metering should be prepared for new additional MCC panel to separate
power metering for cement mill operation and Clinker loader.
1. Metering shall incorporate microprocessor-based multifunction devices
unless specified otherwise on the Data Sheet.
2. When specified on the Data Sheet, metering devices shall have digital
communication capabilities.
3. Metering shall be installed in a permanent way on panel and cubicle doors
and in sufficient quantity to demonstrate the required performances. The
packages shall transmit a remote signal to the control system and also for
being read locally.
5. Motors
AC motors shall be specified in accordance with the appropriate specification
and with the power requirements and system supply voltages specified on the
Data Sheet.
5.1 General
1. The motor and its accessories shall comply with the requirements contained in
the latest edition of IEC Standards. ( please sinoma to fill IEC number )
2. The motor and its accessories shall be rated for continuous operation at 1.15
Service Factor.
3. The temperature rise of motor shall be limited to 80° C at 1.0 Service Factor
and 90° C at 1.15 Service Factor.
4. The motor shall be applied within its rating based on Service Factor of 1.0.

6. Nameplate shall indicate Identification Numbers of all motor accessories in
accordance with National Electrical Code (NEC) 1996, Section 500.
5.4 Fans
1. All fans should be bidirectional. Unidirectonal fans shall not utilized without
prior permission from the buyer and direction of rotation shall be indicated by
permanent, legible markers on each end of the motor. Direction of rotation shall
be as viewed from the nondrive end of the motor.
