The Hungarian Radio Symphony Orchestra announces an audition

for principal bassoon with a fixed-term contract

All qualified orchestral artists with degrees in higher education in the field of music (at least
Bachelor degree or pre-degree certificate in the field) are welcome.
Documents required for application:
 Professional CV with contact address
 Documents certifying qualifications in the field

Deadline for application: 12 PM March 6, 2018
Only the applicants selected by the jury will be invited to the audition.

Date and place of the audition: 2 PM, March 19, 2018, Studio No. 6 of the Hungarian Radio
(H-1088 Budapest, Bródy Sándor street 5-7.)

Round II.
 Ravel: Bolero
 Beethoven: Symphony no. 4. – 4th movement
 Bartók: Concerto – 2nd movement
 Bartók: The Miraculous Mandarin
 Stravinsky: Le Sacre du Printemps
 Rimsky-Korsakov: Scheherazade - 2nd movement
 Tchaikovsky: Symphony No. 4 - 2nd movement
 Tchaikovsky: Symphony No. 4 – 1st movement

The applicants invited to the audition may request the sheet music of orchestra parts at the office of
the Hungarian Radio Music Ensembles from Ms. Csilla Patkó (328-7182, patko.csilla@mtva.hu).
The jury reserves the right to disqualify applicants not fulfilling the professional criteria from the
audition.
