5 - Now I am being told that it surrendered my rights by acceptance of it. WHICH I REBUT.

6 - I am being told it makes me a citizen of a foreign corporation called UNITED STATES.

7 – I am being told it is my Estate that is held in a cestui que vi Trust until I claim it. Which is
the purpose of this affidavit. I REBUT THIS. I NEVER AGREED TO ANYTHING OF THE
KIND. MY PRIVATE PERSONAL PROPERTY IS MINE.

8 - I am Told it is a TITLE, and a DEED of property. Which by ALL rights is Mine. I claim it.

9 – I am told that I forfeited my un-a-lien-able rights by representing the name on the birth
certificate. Which is a lie only held to be true by a fool. YOU CANT FORFEIT RIGHTS
THAT YAHWEH ENDOWED. (Which is usually in all capital letters on most. But mine is
NOT) I REBUT THIS AS I REPRESENT NO ONE OTHER THAN ME WHICH I PRESENT
IN PROPRIA PERSONA IN ANY SITUATION AT ANY TIME.

10 – I overstand that a bond was created for my Estate with the Certificate under the “New Deal
“To Bail out the bankrupt corporation presenting itself as Federal Government. I claim my right
to that bond, as I owe no man anything and I am not an indentured servant, slave, or bondservant.
A bond is representative of a bondservant. I am a bondservant to Yahweh ONLY.

11 – I hold no responsibility for any debt public or private what so ever.

I Thomas-William: Healan Jr. affirm before My Creator and under penalty of perjury with UN-
LIMITED COMMERCIAL LIABILITY that what have written here is the TRUTH, the whole
truth, and nothing but the whole TRUTH. I affirm that is complete not meant to mislead in any
way. I am competent to state the matters stated as I have first-hand knowledge of the matters.
ANY REBUTTALS OF THE FACTS CONTAINED WITHIN THIS AFFIDAVIT WILL BE
STATED BY STATEMENTS PRESENTED IN THE SAME MANNER AS I HAVE UNDER
