SUB: REMOVAL OF DISQUALIFICATION FOR THE GRANT OF MEDALS

Respected Sir,

I, Nikisha Hada, have completed BA.LLB (Hons.) in the month of May, 2017, Roll No:
23028, with a CGPA of 9.26/10. I am eligible for the grant of medals (including gold medal for
the Business Specialization) at the convocation of the University.

In my 1st Year in college, 2012, I was unable to make my subject presentations due to
typhoid and same was communicated to the college and the medical certificates were submitted
thereafter. But since I had to reappear in July, 2013 to give those presentations, the same is
considered as a disqualification for the grant of medals. I do not have any other
disqualification(s).

Kindly remove the disqualification and consider the genuineness of the case. I shall be
immensely obliged as I plan to pursue higher education in Foreign Universities for which the
medals are distinctive criteria for the grant of scholarships and other academic purposes.
