MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

TO FILE FORMAL OFFER OF EXHIBITS

PRIVATE COMPLAINANT, through the undersigned counsel and

unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states THAT –

1. Herein Private Prosecution has already rested its case in the

Motion for Bail filed by the Accused. The last day for the filing of the
Formal Offer of Exhibits for the Prosecution is on 4 June 2017, a Sunday.
Thus, the last day for filing of the said Formal Offer is today, June 5, 2017.

2. However, the due to heavy workload and unforeseen

circumstances the undersigned was not able to finish the said Formal Offer
of Exhibits on time. As such, this representation most respectfully asks that
this Honorable Court for an extension of time of five (5) days from today, 5
June 2017 or until 10 June 2017, within which to file said formal offer.

3. This Motion is made in good faith and is not intended for delay
but is solely for the reason stated.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed

that the instant Motion for Extension of Time to File Formal Offer of
Exhibits be GRANTED by this Honorable Court and that the Private
Prosecution be GIVEN an extension of five (5) days from today, 5 June
2017, or until 10 June 2017 within which to file said formal offer of exhibits.

Such other reliefs just and equitable under the circumstances are
likewise prayed for.
