LESSON OUTLINE REMARKS
Starter
1. Each student is given 2 sheets of sticky note.
2. Teacher pastes 2 mahjong paper on the wall which consist of 2 questions.
3. Students then writes their answers on the sticky notes and paste them on the mahjong paper Rocket Writing
4. Teacher then relates it to the lesson.
Activity 1
1. Students sit in groups of 4. Each of them are given a specific role to play L – LEADER
2. Teacher pastes the poem outside the classroom. S – SPEAKER
3. Each group members take turn to go out and read the poem. Then, they will go back to their M – MATERIAL MANAGER
group and rearrange the stanzas accordingly. Only the Material Manager can touch and paste A – AMBASSADOR

4. Ambassador from each group exchange the worksheet with other group and check the answers Peer assessment

Activity 2
1. Every speaker from each group reads aloud the poem (1 stanza each) Presentation
2. Teacher explains the poem and asks few students randomly to share their views on every
stanza.
3. Students then match the meaning with correct lines from the poem.
4. Students exchange worksheet and check their friend’s answers. Peer Assessment

ACTIVITY 3
1. Each group is given a mini whiteboard
2. Every group members take turn to come to the teacher and read the question silently. Then
they go back to their group and read aloud the questions to their friends.
3. Material manager from each group need to write the answer.
4. Students paste the mini white board on the wall Collaborative Learning
5. Teacher checks the answers.

Plenary Exit ticket


1. Teacher asks students what they have learned and their feeling towards the lesson.
2. Teacher reminds students to bring colored A4 papers, scissors, and glue for the next lesson.
