Trivandrum) UPS, Energy Billing Metering System (220kV- Landis & Gyr make), 220kV Line
Metering System (Data pro).
• Testing and Calibration of Electrical Automation system & Annunciation loops and function checks
for trips, alarms etc. including 4 - 20mA transducer signals testing for Data Acquisition Systems.
• Installation, Commissioning and testing of ECIL make SCADA System & SIMENS make 10 Nos. of
PLC.

Commissioning of 220/400 KV one & half scheme switchyard, 260 MVA GT
and 2X220MW BHEL extraction cum condensate Turbine along with Air
Cooled Condenser.

Commissioning Activities of Boiler & Turbine

• Hydraullic test, Refractory dry out process, Atmospheric & Pressure alkali boil out, chemical cleaning
of boiler, Steam blowing of steam lines.
• Lines oil flushing, individual auxiliaries testing & monitoring.
• Boiler light up & turbine rolling pre commisioning activities.
