REQUEST FOR CONSTRUCTION BOND REFUND

Dear Sir /Madam:

I NAME is writing you this letter to request for the release of our Construction Bond for completed and
handover property of Model F Unit LOCATION that was constructed under COMPANY.

The amount of the bond I paid at the beginning of the construction period was amounted to Php 75,000 and
entitled for its full refund upon completion. I have enclosed a copy of check as proof of our payment for your
quick reference. Please contact me at phone number should you have any questions.

As of to date, from the date of handover dated May 2017 I have yet to receive any refund from your office. In
accordance to our Constructions Guidelines, Construction Bond is refundable on condition that that no violation
during the course of Construction. The Refund shall be returned within 30 calendar days.
