Conditions for credit:

Presentations to the relevant topic, 30 min + occasional tests at seminars + active

participation (at lest 50%, i.e. 6x)

Conditions for exam:

Written test, 60 min, questions regarding the „Business Law“ matters (at lest 50% correct)
