The term of street food refer as a wide variety of ready- to ± eat foods, sold street foods
such as Idli, Dosa, Samosa and Kachori which are not prepared properly and which are
contaminated with different micro- organism causing by disease such as diarrhea and dysentery (
of animal origin and among people who may be carriers. Enteric pathogen such as þ
