ELTON JOHN – SACRIFICE A-HA - YOU ARE THE ONE

It's a human sign You are the one who has done me
when things go wrong Guess you knew from the start
When the scent of her lingers I call again, but there's no one in
and temptation's strong Don't know where, with whom you've
been
Into the boundry But I do love you
of each married man Anyway you want me to
Sweet deceit comes callin'
and negativity lands You are the one...now the state I'm in!
Catching you was so hard
Cold cold heart I fought for you, did you let me win!?
hard done by you Don't even care, don't care
Some things look better baby Where I've been
just passing through But I do love you
Anyway you want me to
And it's no sacrifice
just a simple word I’ve done all I can do
It's two hearts living All the letters...I've sent through
in two separate worlds Put my life in the palms of your hands
But it's no sacrifice Maybe now you can see
no sacrifice That it's got to be me
It's no sacrifice at all But if you leave me
I'll understand, yeah
Mutual misunderstanding If you leave me, I'll understand
After the fact
Sensitivity builds a prison You are the one who has done me
In the final act Guess you knew from the start
I call your friends, but there's no one in
We lose direction Catching you is so hard
No stone unturned You are the one!
No tears to damn you
When jealousy burns
no sacrifice at all.

ROXETTE – SPINDING MY TIME

What's the time? Seems it's already morning

I see the sky, it's so beautiful and blue
The tv's on, but the only thing showing
is a picture of you
Oh I get up and make myself some coffee
I try to read a book but the story's to thin
I thank the lord above that you're not here to see me
in the shape I'm in

Spending my time watching the days go by

Feeling so small I stare at the wall
hoping that you think of me too
I'm spending my time
I try to call but I don't know what to tell you
I leave a kiss on your answering machine
Oh help me please, is there someone who can make me
wake up from this dream?

Spending my time watching the days go by

Feeling so small I stare at the wall
hoping that you are missing of me too
I'm spending my time watching the sun go down
I fall asleep to the sound of "Tears of a Clown"
a prayer gone blind
I'm spending my time

My friends keep telling me: hey life will go on,

time will make sure I'll get over you.
This silly game of love
You play, you win only to lose.
Spending my time watching the days go by
Feeling so small I stare at the wall
hoping that you are missing of me too
I'm spending my time watching the sun go down
I fall asleep to the sound of "Tears of a Clown"
a prayer gone blind
I'm spending my time.....

Sacrifício – Elton John

Você é a Única
O doce engano vem chamando Mas eu te amo
E a negatividade pousa De qualquer maneira que me queira

Algo parece melhor, meu bem Eu briguei por você, você me deixou
Nós perdemos a direção Mas se você me abandonar
Tudo possível tentado Eu entenderei, yeah
Nenhuma lágrima desponta quando o Se você me abandonar, eu entenderei
Você é a única!

Perdendo meu Tempo - Roxette

Perdendo meu tempo

Vendo os dias passarem
Me sentindo tão pequena
Olho fixo na parede
Esperando que você pense em mim também
Perdendo meu tempo

Eu tento ligar
Mas não sei o que lhe dizer
Deixo um beijo na sua secretária eletrônica
Oh, me ajude, por favor
Existe alguém que possa me fazer acordar deste sonho?

Perdendo meu tempo

Vendo os dias passarem
Me sentindo tão pequena
Perdendo meu tempo
Vendo o pôr-do-sol
Eu caio no sono
Ao som de "Lágrimas de um Palhaço"
Um desejo me cegou
Estou perdendo meu tempo

Meus amigos ficam me dizendo: "Ei, a vida continua"

E que o tempo certamente me fará superar você
Este estúpido jogo do amor
Você joga, você vence só para perder

Estou perdendo meu tempo...

Não posso viver sem seu amor

É ruim viver sem você, meu doce, meu doce, meu doce.

Eu posso ver claramente agora – jimmy Cliff
