1. We encourage you to arrive at the pick-up location 15 minutes prior to schedule departure time.
2. AUC Tours reserve the right to release any reservations as “NO-SHOW” for anyone arriving five minutes past departure time.
3. All of AUC Tours buses do not have washroom on board.
4. Baggages/luggages must be contained in suitcases to ensure safety. Please note that all baggage is carried on the buses at the owners
own risk. AUC Tours will not be responsible for baggage/luggage which is lost, damaged or stolen.
5. No pets and animals are permitted on all AUC buses.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Not all tickets are refundable. Non-refundable tickets have no refund value and cannot be exchanged at anytime. Refundable tickets can
be refunded and exchanged. However, only $20 will be refunded despite exchange/refund. All exchanges and refunds must be made 24
hours prior to the original scheduled travel date; otherwise, the ticket will be null and void. All exchanges will be based on schedule
availability.
2. AUC Tours makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival time, which may be affected by
any number of factors including weather, traffic, or mechanical problems. AUC Tours is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused
as a result of such a delay.
3. Tickets are valid ONLY for the schedule, date and time or which purchased. AUC Tours is not liable for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets.
No refunds, replacements or redeems will be issued for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets.
