mess from the food was being prepared by the students mess and students are monitoring the
mess. The following suppliers have presented their bills for payment towards the supply of
provision to the UCET Mess for the month of February-2018.

(a) The total expenditure of Rs.4,07,897/-(Rupees Four Lakhs Seven Thousand
Eight Hundred and Ninety Seven Only) towards payment made for purchase of
provision to the UCET Mess for the month of February-2018 may be approved and
Finance Section paid to the above firms against their relevant bills.

(b) The above expenditure may be met from University College of Engineering
Tindivanam, under Executive Warden, UCET Mess A/c No: 30523826983.
