 HSE inspections have been done by Company HSE department.

 Company HSE department is maintained NON-CONFORMITY register up-to date for all the non-
conformities issues and Corrective actions taken.
 Company has applied weekly to DHP_HSE for the ( PtW Permit to work) for the, Stringing activities and
correction activities at Canyon Area the situation is clear.

 During this month we have finish stringing works at Canyon Area and during next month we purpose to finish
all the project.

 As we have promise to DHP we are sending via e-mail all the information’s of the places that we close the work
activities in order to DHP_HSE to make all the HSE Inspections that they need to do.

1. Behaviour safety report from Mr.Arber Dogani to Company Company during this month ,he report to Mr.Edison Barhani
for the worker that he wasn’t wear Climbing Helmet during the work at height.His Name: Palani Settu,company has give to
him final warning.

2. Another
issue during
this month was that one of Erection Group have leaving some garbage at the end of the works. For this issue during routine
HSE Inspections Mr.Arber Dogani HSE Officer has reported to DMP Mr. Edison Barhani this issue and during this week
Company Company has take corrective actions and has leave the place free of Garbage’s at Tower no:4.

3.During this mont Company company has seen that at Tower No :77 Joint Box and 40 meters of OPGW was missing and for
this issue we have reported the Police.
