LOSE 10 POUNDS IN JUST 5 DAYS…

Fast diets are accused for causing yo-yo effect, that the lost weight is back very quickly,
however, they are quite popular because of the short period that you can lose pounds. These
two diets promise a loss of 10 pounds in 5 days:

Fast diet number 1 It lasts 5 days and every day you eat the same food.

Breakfast: Any fruit except bananas.

Lunch: A hotdog and a boiled egg.

Alcohol, sweetened juices and milk are prohibited, but you should drink 2 liters of water daily.

This diet should not stick several times without a break.

Fast diet number 2

For 7 days and provided weight loss is 10 pounds.

1-st day

Eat only fruit except bananas. The fruit is allowed in unlimited quantities, and the best choice
is the one that contains plenty of fluids.

2-nd day

Eat only vegetables that can be fresh, cooked or canned, but you should avoid cruciferous vegetables.
Mostly recommended are green and leafy vegetables. Spices are allowed, but not oil.

3-rd day

previous day.

5-th day

Eat soup with 200g of beef and up to 6 fresh tomatoes during the day. Beef must not be fried in fat.

6-th day

Besides the soup, eat 400g beef.

7-th day

Nutrition is same as the previous day, by replacing beef with integral rice.

Diet can run a few cycles, but you have to do at least two days break between cycles.
