Bird’s Eye had begun their journey in February 2012 in the heart of Dhaka city, in Paltan. The
rooftop zone of the restaurant is very famous due to it provides the opportunity to the viewers
for the true 360-degree perspective of the Dhaka city, along with the view of historic landmarks
of Bangladesh, which are the National Mosque Baitul Mukarram and the Bangabandhu
National football Stadium. Bird’s Eye rooftop restaurant is known as one of the exclusive and
luxurious restaurants in the Dhaka city, especially for the indoor spot for dining and for the
outdoor roof views. It is one of the most alluring porches and well known for its peaceful
environment facility. Visitors love to visit the restaurant, as it keeps away the ear popping
sound of the bustling busy roads of Dhaka city (birdseyerestaurant.2016).

Also, this restaurant serves at its best for the food lover who doesn’t want to stop eating. This
restaurant is nicely renovated and renowned for its various types of mouthwatering dishes such
as - Chinese, Thai, Italian and traditional cultural food. This restaurant provides the secured
and homely environment to the visitors for organizing or celebrating events like wedding,
reunion, gaye holud, wedding anniversary, birthday party, reception, baby shower & so on.
Visitor loves to come here because of the constant breezes regardless of whatever the season
is (the dailynewnation, 2015). The initial investment made for this project is Tk. 3.5 crore.
Their own capital was capital was Tk. 2 crore and Tk. 1.5 crore was taken as loan from the
bank.

restaurant. Hence people love to feel an environment with great music & have their meal. The
music tempo on the restaurant will work psychologically towards the view. Also, Birds Eye
will hire celebrity singers to perform which will bring more viewers and also will raise the
income for the restaurants. Bringing live stage performance in the restaurant will create a mood
of the romance, energy, or exotic interest of the visitor. Live music enables clients to stay for
longer period of time, which will sometimes make them order more food. Also, they bring their
friends to eat in this friendly environment which will result in increasing customers and thus
bring more profits towards the restaurant.

Expansion of new branch

Bird's eye restaurant has a good number of visitors for their mouthwatering food in Dhaka.
Bird's eyes need to launch a new branch in the Uttara area for the expansion of the business.
New areas will create opportunities for the restaurant to achieve more new customers and that
will help to double down its profit. More people came to know about the restaurant which helps
to expand the business. Forming a new branch in a new area will enable fast delivery service
to the nearby areas which save money for transportation. More people will able to know about
the restaurant which helps to expand the business by promoting sales.

Customer services on delivering service

Since they are very famous in the city, they t improve the delivery service. They delivery food
for the people who don't want to spend time in traffic can order food online. Bird's eye can also
take food service order from the wedding parties taking place in a specific location. Nowadays,
people likes to order food online and reasonably rated discount opportunities increase the
demand for the product. Bird's eye can include the discount for the customers to make them
buy more food. This will enhance the sales and increase the growth of the profit earned. They
are also not having any extra transportation cost due to the delivery requires delivery charge
from the customers. At the same time, Bird's eye should put reasonable prices, so that anyone
can afford to order or buy online. They must also take care of the food packaging style to
provide better quality service to the customers. They must also have a van fixed for their
delivery service so that the service is fast enough to reach the customers and make them happy.
Better delivery service of better quality foods can also help them to compete at the market.
Delivery allows them to sell outdoor and hence expands the business with the help of increasing
sales. Both indoor and outdoor sale will help to promote the growth of the profit, as well as
expand the business.
