POLICE STALKERS AND ASSASSINS FOR

GENERAL WERE CAUGHT STALKING THE
HARDIN FAMILY IN DENVER, COLORADO

On or about March 27, 2017, James’ family went to a Colorado Food Bank and picked
up some food, however based upon the expiration dates, we would never be able to use it
all in time, prior to it spoiling. So we decided to go visit the elderly neighbor next door to
where we were previously living at 3697 Newport St. Denver, Colorado.

We had not been living at the Newport address for about seven (7) months at this time. If
fact, the Newport home had been sold from the time we moved out of there.

So we brought food up to the door, rang the doorbell and our previous next door neighbor
answers. We finished unloading more groceries and are standing at the front door still,
when suddenly James sees this Black Police SUV going so slow that its almost stopped as
it is approaching the south side of the neighbor’s property heading north on Newport.

James inconspicuously keeps his eye on the blacked-out Police SUV, and once it past us it
stops at the stop sign in front of our prior rental home and just keeps sitting there. Finally,
it takes a left onto 38th street but continue creeping along. So, we continue talking to the
neighbor and catching up on things, family, etc., when James looks back toward 38th street

and notices the same Blacked-out Police SUV going the other way headed east on 38th
street now.

James and his wife noticed it come by a couple more times before they left, but had not
seen it for long enough that they kind of forgot about it temporarily. After probably 30-45
minutes, everybody gets back into the car and we pull up to the stop sign at 38th street and
then take a left headed east, then take a left at the Brewery on Olive St. and then take a
right onto Smith Street which takes you back to Quebec St., and take a left headed North
to the I-70 East Freeway which takes us to our new apartment where we currently lived.

So we get to Quebec and take a left and are sitting in the right lane waiting in traffic lights
ahead to turn green so the traffic can go again and we can get onto the I-70 headed east.
At this time James looks in his review mirror and sees that the black-out police SUV in
now behind the car that was behind James’ car. James acted like he didn’t see it and upon
the light ahead turning green James takes off and gets on the I-70 headed east.

A few miles down the freeway, James looks up again and this blacked-out police SUV was
next to Hardin’s Mazda 5 again. So, at this time James tells his wife to start taking pictures
of the SUV and she does, then James said get the license plate number, but every time
James attempted to slow down, so as to see the back-license plate, the SUV would also
slow down to prevent it.

James suddenly sees an opening in front of the car in front of the SUV; and sees that the
lane to the right of that lane is also currently open. So James punches the gas and then gets
over into the right lane from where he was and is now one car in front of the SUV. Then
James gets over one more lane and hits the brakes, causing the car in front of the SUV and
the SUV to pass before being able to react.

Now James is one lane to the right of the SUV and was trying to take a clear picture of
plate, realizing now that it’s a Texas Plate and the SUV hits the gas and gets over one lane
to their left attempting to prevent James from getting picture (See Below), but then hit a
pinch point in the traffic and had to get back over in lane to the left of James’ lane. Then
both the left lanes began stopping and the Blacked-out SUV could not get over in time and
this is when James was able to get the picture of the plate number.

James then gets over and exits the freeway, before the Blacked-out SUV could and the
Hardin’s took another route to their apartment. So this was on March 27, 2017 and it was
very clear that this was a Texas Police Vehicle and not a Colorado Police Vehicle, and the
Texas Officers, Agents or whatever they are we certainly well beyond their Texas
Jurisdiction.

This caused the Hardin family to start watching their surrounding much closer. The
Hardin’s didn’t notice this Blacked-out SUV from Texas after that day, but kept their eyes
open for it.

It is important to take note that shortly thereafter on,
On or about May 23, 2017 my wife was falling ill again, so I took her to the Kaiser Aurora
location to be seen by medical professionals. Kaiser personnel wrongly diagnosed Brandi
that day, with a rare form of Liver failure, which could cause death! They were trying to
talk her into other immediate procedures because she could die over night as a result of her
current Liver condition and test results are showing liver Failure at that time. However,
Brandi knew that all she had was a U.T.I. and was telling James that these people are trying
to kill me tonight!!! So James got her out of there and told her not to take the medications
which they prescribed to her.

On or about May 24, 2017, a white truck with the name of Gallegos on it, was observed
taking photographs of the Hardin Family Apartment & sitting directly in front of Apartment
filming & photographing same, never realizing that Hardin’s daughters were
photographing and filming him also at the same time. Then Brandi said ok, stay away from
windows and shut the blinds and curtains because he knows now that were filming him
also, because he suddenly became much bolder and it was like he wanted them to know he
was watching them, as if trying to intimidate them, or instill fear & intimidation upon the
Hardin wife and children.

Brandi believes they were there for Samson Companies, because of Samson’s Bad Faith of
officers, agents, clerks, employees, contractors, underlings, etc, Stalking, Harassing, trying
to cause, or to otherwise impose strong arm fear & intimidation tactics; in lieu of being
hospitalized, cut on, via a possible Liver Transplant, when Brandi merely needed an
antibiotic to clear up her Urinary Tract Infection (U.T.I.).

On or about June 21, 2017, this white Dodge Charger had been sitting in front of the
Hardin families apartment taking photos and filming. The car would sit on the East side
of Hardin apartment, then move to the North side, by Hardin’s entry door and would sit
there watching and photographing Hardin’s apartment.

 This photo shows the white DODGE car in front of the Hardin’s Apartment and the
Hardin’s kept noticing it just sitting outside in front of Hardin’s balcony on east side of
apartment, so James told his wife and girls to take photos of the said car stalking the
Hardin’s apartment. Then James’ wife realized that the car would act like it was leaving,

but would just pull around to the north side of the Hardin’s apartment where the entry door
is, so James youngest daughter was able to get another picture of the Charger on the north
side by door also.

 On or about July 7, 2017, James Hardin filed this notice and Demanded their
Samson Corporate General Liability Policy information and claim numbers to file a claim
for damages against their insurance company, but the corporate Attorney Mark Lauer
continually and fraudulently obstructed the claims process and refused to turn over the
companies General Liability Policy information. (See: https://files.acrobat.com/a/preview/61ad86fb-

a4d2-4fe4-a7ba-0ea9df71405b) It is worthy of note that Mark Lauer also has a brother who is very
close to him that lives in at or near Colorado Springs, Colorado.

On or about July 26, 2017, James Hardin’s family all start getting really sick
again, but not all at the same time? At different times Hardin’s girls would come and
say they feel like they are dying, but they don’t know what is wrong. Other times they
would complain of feeling dizzy, off balance, and at other times that they felt like they
were going to pass out any second. Hardin’s wife had not been feeling well off and on
sense back in May. Everybody was lethargic feeling, then we realized that when out
of the house the Hardin’s were not gagging and stuff like at home. When out of the
apartment, it seemed like after a bit, then their vision would start to clear up, in lieu
of blurring.

On or about August 2, 2017, James of Denver Water while doing testing in

the Hardin’s apartment, realized that there was actually a Natural Gas leak in the
Hardin’s apartment at the water heater that was generating the bad smell. James

Hardin had been contacting the Apartment complex and Denver Water to come & test
water lines, fix waterlines, testing for cracks in sewer vent and/or plumbing vents on drain
pipes, hoping to fix the foul ass smell, like rotting eggs, etc.? After all, the entire Hardin
family had all been getting sick from on or about July 26, 2017 and complaining to offices.

Then, On or about 8-02-2017, James of Denver Water located & figured out that
the offensive smell was coming from a leaking Natural Gas Pipe at the water heater and
not from the water itself. James with Denver water, stayed & aided Brandi to open and
properly ventilate Apt., and on what not to do until fixed by maintenance, etc., advising
Brandi not to cut on any lights, A.C., appliances, etc., so as to prevent electrical spark from
causing a Natural gas explosion and death of Hardin Family.

 Now, seeing as we know Texas wants the Hardin Family dead, so as to eliminate
the liabilities (going back on Texas), and to prevent the Hardin family from the future
opportunity of filing a Federal Law Suit, or Criminal Charges against Texas’ Officers,
Agents, Employees, Contractors and Underlings; and the Texas Office of the Attorney
General, who has been trying to murder James Hardin now, for at least fourteen (14) years
or longer. This fact is evidenced over and over and over again in the HARDIN FAMILY
INVESTIGATIVE TIMELINE OF EVENTS.

So, let us consider here that THE STATE OF TEXAS had blacked-out Police SUV all the
way up in Denver Colorado following the Hardin family around on March 27, 2017.

Then there is a white Dodge Charger Police Sedan that was stalking the Hardin family’s
apartment for at least a week prior to June 21, 2017.

On or about July 7, 2017, James Hardin filed this notice and Demanded their Samson
Corporate General Liability Policy information

On or about August 2, 2017, James with Denver Water locates the leaking natural gas
pipe, which feeds the Hot water heater; and which had been poisoning the Hardin family
for at least 1-2 weeks, or longer; and according to other experts, the Hardin family is
fortunate not to have exploded and killed the entire family.

Are these mere coincidences, or something far more deliberate, far more Treasonous, far
more Seditious, far more Treacherous, far more Insidious and far more perfidious?
