Note: Fred C. Adams had invented the Chaos-Spawn, Xathagorra, for
his Cthulhu Mythos fiction during the 1970s. We teasingly learn very little about the Son of Azathoth. Serious researchers have poured over the five extracts of the Translations of the Book of Yng for decades. Since then, other elements have come to light. The annals of the Elder Lore have expanded in unexepected ways and now provide us with highly-coveted glimpses into many hitherto unknown tomes, such as The Nails of Sthal, which was actually by Adam Qade--or channeled by him, as it was transmitted from a lone, nameless Priest of Chaos. * Xathagorra is the First Son of Chaos and the Master of the Azathii. Barbelzoa Beloved is the only daughter of Azathoth, who sits upon the left hand of the throne. "She, the twin shining stars, nothing could approach the center." (From "The Goddess Barbelzoa" by the excellent Lovecraftian female poet from Europe who goes under multiple aliases, including Sicky666 and, formerly, Zoth Ommog.) I also found references to both Xathagorra and Barbelzoa from the occult collection of Adam Qade, which I had inherited three years ago. It was only after I re-read the notes of Fred C. Adams, along with Adam Qade's work, that I realized exactly what was happening in some of the newly-translated texts from the Book of Yng (Chapter IL). See for yourself: "Xathagorra and his wife, Barbelzoa, begat the Seeds of Chaos in the secret name of Azathoth; and then did Barbelzoa lay with whomever she wanted, for Xathagorra did not care. Indeed, the more who slept with her, the better, Xathagorra considered. The less that he would have to do in the wholeness of time..." Adam Qade had also written: "Xathagorra had always fucked his sister, even whilst they were mewling efts who had been ejected from the Nuclear Chaos that is (a part of) Azathoth. On their "wedding" night the entire congregation of the Courts of Chaos took turns with the lovely bride, Barbelzoa. This was at Xathagorra's insistence, and there was not one present who was not related to Barbelzoa, and all took multiple turns fucking her. As to exactly why the Great Old Ones seem to favor such vile and repugnant acts of incest, I do not know. What I do know is that Their ways are not our ways." So that's where that matter stands, for the moment. Commentary: For some reason, at first I did not realize that the Dark Goddess named Barbelzoa was a direct Spawn of Azathoth, despite the description of Sicky666 in her wonderful verses. Then, when I found Adam's essay on the subject, I finally understood the sick connection with Xathagorra. Much like the ancient Egyptians and their gods (and the gods of other pantheons as well--but probably for different reasons), the Great Old Ones do not have the same repugnant views on incest as we Earth-humans. In fact, considering the fissionous copulations of Cthulhu among his siblings, and also of Shub-Niggurath, and many more, we can easily begin to discern the darksome patterns favored by the Many-Angled Ones, and of the unspeakable lineage of Eldritch incest at work. [This area of research disturbed me, and I almost did not publish it. Yet in the end the Truth Shall Set You Free; I believe that however dark the scholarship often becomes, it is too important to censor. And it only reinforces what was already present behind the veils of the Cthulhu Mythos.]
* The present chapter is more commentary, both by Qade and myself,
than any part of the channeled messages from the Priest of Chaos which been received by Adam Qade in 2014. The original text is very sparse, and has been enhanced here with related materials.
