STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS
Jefryanto, dr. Yasavati Kurnia Nah, MS., Dr. Yusuf Handoko, MD., SPOK.,
Bawang putih memiliki khasiat yang luar biasa bagi kesehatan. Berbagai
penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mengetahui khasiat bawang putih, Bawang putih
oleh masyarakat digunakan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah, mengurangi rasa
sakit di kepala, mengatasi cacingan, menghilangkan nyeri haid, mengatasi asma,
batuk, masuk angin, dan sengatan binatang. Sebagian besar pengaruh terapi
bawang putih adalah karena senyawa yang mengandung bahan aktif organosulfur
seperti allicin, Diallyl sulphide, Allyl propyl disulphide, dan S-Allyl sistein.
Kandungan tersebut memiliki kemampuan antimikroba yang sangat baik untuk
membunuh bakteri. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin mengetahui perbedaan
reaksi ekstrak Allium sativum Linn terhadap bakteri gram negative dan bakteri
gram positif yakni Staphyloccus aureus dan Escherichia coli. Hal-hal yang
diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu minimum inhibitory concentration, minimum
bactericidal concentration, dan zona inhibisi. Dari hasil yang didapatkan terdapat
perbedaan yang bermakna

STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS

Garlic has extraordinary properties for health. Various studies have been
conducted to determine the efficacy of garlic, Garlic by people used to lower
blood pressure, reduce pain in the head, cope with worms, relieve menstrual pain,
treating asthma, coughs, colds, and stings of animals. Most of the therapeutic
effect of garlic is due to compounds that contain active ingredients such
organosulfur allicin, Diallyl sulphide, Allyl propyl disulphide, and S-Allyl
cysteine. The content has excellent antimicrobial ability to kill bacteria. In this
study, researchers wanted to know the difference extract of Allium sativum Linn
reaction against gram negative and gram positive bacteria ie Staphylococcus
aureus and Escherichia coli. Things were examined in this study is the minimum
inhibitory concentration, minimum bactericidal concentration, and zones of
inhibition. From the results obtained significant difference
