Cite its advantages compared to classroom learning.

Enumerate and describe the hardware set-up and its IT infrastructure of the
company.
b. Software
1.1 Operating System - Identify the OS.
1.2 Application System
Identify the application software the company is using. Include the
function of each application system.
c. Manpower requirements
Identify the functions and responsibilities of personnel assigned for each
position.
d. Tracking of your daily activities

Date, Task given, Result/Output, what did you learned.

III. Observations and Comments

Based from what was discussed and was seen, enumerate your recommendations regarding the
hardware, software, manpower requirements and IT infrastructures of the organization.

1. Report must be double-space, Verdana 12. Use at least ten (10) short bond paper with a margin of
1” each side. (board not plastic). Include a Title Page and Table of Contents.
