HIS Module – Hospital Information System

MASTER FILE

I. ICD-10 Codes
a. Select ICD-10 Codes from the left navigation panel and click “NEW”
b. Click “CANCEL”

i. Catalog
1. Select “Catalog” from the left navigation panel inside the form and click
the “CREATE” button
2. Fill in the required fields and click “ADD” button

ii. System Disease


1. Select “System Disease” from the left navigation panel inside the form
and click “CREATE” button
2. Fill in the required fields and click “ADD” button

iii. Organ Disease


1. Select “Organ Disease” from the left navigation panel inside the form
and click “CREATE”
2. Fill in the required fields and click “ADD” button

iv. Specific
1. Select “Specific” from the left navigation panel inside the form and click
“CREATE” button
2. Fill in the required fields and click “ADD”

v. Case Types
1. Select “Case Types” from the left navigation panel inside the form and
click “CREATE”
2. Fill in the Case Type and click “ADD” button

II. HMOs and Guarantors


a. Select “HMOs, Guarantors” from the left navigation panel and click “NEW” button
b. Fill in the required fields and click “SAVE” button

III. Rooms and Beds

a. Select Rooms and Bends from the Navigation panel on the left of the screen
b. Click the “NEW” button at the bottom part of the page

c. Click on the “CREATE” button


d. Fill in Building Name, Description, and Address

e. Click “ADD” button


f. Select Floor from the list items on the left for Infrastructures

g. Click “CREATE” button

h. Select Building and fill in Floor Name, and Description


i. Click “ADD” button
j. Select NURSING STATION from the navigation panel on the left

k. Click the “CREATE” button


l. Select Building and Floor then fill in Station Name and Description

m. Click “ADD” button


n. Select ROOM TYPES from the navigation panel on the left and click “CREATE” button

o. Enter Room Type Name and click “ADD” button


p. Select ROOMS from the navigation panel on the left and click “CREATE” button

q. Enter Room Name, select Building, select Nurse Station, enter Capacity, select Room
Type, enter Description and click “ADD” button
r. Select Beds from the left navigation panel and click “ADD”

s. Select Room, enter Bed name and click “ADD” button


t. Select ROOM PRICING SCHEME from the left navigation panel and click “CREATE” button

u. Enter new Pricing Scheme name and click “ADD” button


v. Select ROOM PRICE LIST from the left navigation panel and click on “CREATE” button

w. Select Building, Nurse Station, Room, Room Pricing Scheme, enter Price, select Effective
Date and click the "ADD” button
IV. Items and Services
a. Select “Items and Services” from the Navigation panel on the left. Select Drugs and
Medicine tab and click “NEW” at the bottom of the screen

i. Drugs and Medicine


1. Fill in the details and click “REGISTER” button
ii. Supplies
1. Select “Supplies” tab and click “NEW” button

2. Fill in the required fields and click “REGISTER” button


iii. Exams
1. Select “Exams” and click “NEW” button

2. Fill in the required fields and click “REGISTER” button


iv. Procedures
1. Select “Procedures” tab and click “NEW” button

2. Fill in the required fields and click “REGISTER” button


v. Select “Equipment” tab and click “NEW” button

vi. Fill in the required fields and click “REGISTER” button


b. Select “Others” tab and click “NEW” button

c. Fill in the required fields and click “REGISTER” button


V. Consultants
d. Select “Consultants” from the left navigation panel and click “NEW” button

e. Fill in fields for Basic Info


f. Click Address Information and fill in fields

g. Click Other Information and fill in the fields


h. Click Emergency Information and fill in the fields

i. Click on Consultant Information and fill in the fields


j. Click “REGISTER CONSULTANT” at the bottom-right of the interface

VI. Patient
a. New Patient
i. Select “Patient” from the left navigation panel and click “NEW” button
ii. Fill in the patient’s last name and first name and click “SEARCH” button

iii. Select patient type(In-Patient, Out-Patient, or Emergency)


1. Emergency and Outpatient
a. [1]Click “GET OP NO.” button to get patient number. [2] Fill in
the required fields and click “REGISTER PATIENT” button.

b. Basic Information: Fill in Basic Information

c. Doctors: Select “Doctors” tab. [1] Select a doctor from the list.
[2] Click the right direction arrow to assign a doctor
d. HMOs/Guarantors: [1] Select Guarantor from the list. [2] Click
the right direction arrow to add a guarantor

e. Click “CONSULT PATIENT” button


2. Inpatient
a. [1]Click the “GET IP NO.” button to get patient number. [2] Fill
in the required fields and click “REGISTER PATIENT” button

b. Basic Information: Fill in required fields


c. Doctors: Select “Doctors” tab. [1] Select a doctor from the list.
[2] Click the right direction arrow button to add a doctor

d. Rooms and Beds: Select “Rooms and Beds” tab. [1] Select a
room from the list. [2] Select a bed available inside a room. [3]
Click the right direction arrow button to add a room and bed
e. HMOs and Guarantors: [1] Select a guarantor from the list. [2]
Click the right direction arrow to add the guarantor. [3] Click
“ADMIT PATIENT”
