Total Amount Payable Civil works and Shed Structure Rs. 13,459,790.00

Delivery Schedule' Civil work and Supply of Shed Materials, fabrication in our workshop and erection at site
with in 3-4 months

The force majeure mean an event which IS non-preventable event and which IS entirely outside thc' dr .ct or Indirect centro! ( I
contractor rains. storm. strikes etc Such delays will Impact the construction schedule

Escalation Factor
Our Rates are based on current market prices. If any escalation in material prices raised by Fed/Prov//Sernl Govt. latter-on, the
client will compensate to the contractor for the increases made in the structure material prices and Civil items cement/sand/crush
etc
