on the roads under (R&B) Divisions

Sir,
In inviting a reference to the above subject under reference, this is to bring your attention
that based upon the information furnished by concerned (R&B) Divisions on new black spot
stretches for the year 2016 , immediate cautionary measures are to be taken ,in line with sketch
attached to the said Office Memorandum.

You are requested to implement the immediate cautionary measure on those spots in order
to warn the road users about the black spot stretches and submit the compliances of such
implementation to the undersigned at an early date preferably within March 2018.

This may be treated as MOST URGENT.
